Step-by-step guides to help you get the most out of Tribii.

Getting started

Creating your account

Visit the Tribii registration page to create your free account. You will need your name, email address, and a password. After registering, you will receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify your account and get started.

The onboarding wizard

After your first login, the onboarding wizard guides you through setting up your property. Setting up a hotel management system can feel overwhelming, but we are here to help. You can choose between two modes:

  • AI-assisted setup — describe your hotel in natural language (or upload a spreadsheet with your room data) and our AI will generate room types, rooms, and pricing for you. Review and adjust the results before confirming.
  • Manual setup — walk through each step yourself: property details, room types, individual rooms, and rate plans. This gives you full control from the start.

You can skip the wizard at any time and come back to it later. Your progress is saved automatically.

Need a hand? If you find the setup process difficult, do not hesitate to reach out through our contact page inside the dashboard. Our team is happy to guide you through every step of configuring your property, from creating room types to setting up payments.

Setting up your hotel details

Go to Settings in the sidebar to configure your property information: hotel name, address, contact email, phone number, timezone, and website URL. You can also upload your logo and a cover image here. These details appear in guest communications and your booking widget.

Understanding Free vs Pro plans

The Free plan includes everything you need to get started: reservations, inventory management, guest profiles, revenue tracking, payments, and the booking widget for up to 20 rooms.

The Pro plan (€25/month) unlocks advanced tools: the visual room rack, detailed reports, maintenance tracking, hotel image gallery, widget color customization, and rate plan management. You can upgrade at any time from the subscription page.

If you have more than 20 rooms, each additional room costs €10/month regardless of your plan.
